Background

The customer is a washing machine production factory in Southeast Asia, with multiple manufacturing departments and multiple production lines. In order to further strengthen the intelligent management of the production line, the customer decided to deploy our P1 industrial tablet.

Solution

A barcode can be affixed to each product and part, including part model, serial number and other information. Workers use P1 industrial tablets to scan barcodes to collect information and upload it to the database system. Data, quality inspection, and all assembly information of each link of the production line are recorded at any time. Managers can monitor all data in real time through the background system to grasp the operation and production status of the equipment.

1. Eliminate manual data entry and effectively ensure the accuracy of the assembly process.

2. Each product and main component of the production line has a unique barcode, and each production link of the production line is recorded. If an error occurs, it is easy to track in time.

3. Workers can use P1 industrial tablets to scan barcodes to track any records in the database for information query and after-sales service.
