Background

The client is a motorcycle manufacturing plant in Southeast Asia. Due to the wide variety of motorcycle parts, the traditional inventory method is inefficient, time-consuming, and prone to errors. Handwritten data cannot be stored for a long time and is easy to lose. At the same time, the inventory data cannot be uploaded to the enterprise operation center in real time.

Solution

All parts are labeled with exclusive QR code labels. The staff uses our V1 handheld computer to scan the labels, and all inventory data can be uploaded to the data center via wireless network.
