Precious Tree Management

Background

The client is a forest farm in the Philippines, which has precious trees such as ebony and sandalwood. In order to fine-tune management, the client introduced our RFID technology.

Solution

Each precious tree is embedded with an RFID UHF tag as an electronic ID card. The maintenance staff is equipped with our V8 UHF handheld terminal, and a forest resource monitoring and management system has been established.

Effect

1. Reduce or even eliminate illegal logging, over-exploitation, smuggling, reselling and other illegal activities.

2. The complete forest electronic tag system greatly improves work efficiency and realizes fine management.

3. The establishment of a forest resource supervision system, all data can be uploaded in real time, which is convenient for storage and query.
