Asset Management of Thai Education Group

Background

The education group has dozens of schools in Thailand and has accumulated more and more assets. In order to better maintain and manage these equipments and assets, the customer introduced RFID technology.

Solution

We provide customers with an RFID asset management solution based on the P1 RFID tablet application. The solution requires these schools to attach RFID electronic tags after asset procurement and bind asset information to the tags. After that, the information in the tags can be added, modified and verified as needed. For each inventory or asset maintenance management operation, the operator only needs to scan the RFID tag with the P1 industrial tablet to automatically identify the detailed information of the corresponding asset. The information can be transmitted to the server in real time for processing, and asset data can be summarized, cleaned, verified, and counted, and reports can be generated to achieve asset tracking management.

Effect

1. Through the application of P1 tablet and RFID asset management system, these schools assets are tracked in every link of the life cycle from procurement, acceptance, warehousing, use, change, disposal, etc., and the full life cycle management of all schools assets is realized.

2. Using P1 tablet for asset inventory greatly improves efficiency and saves a lot of manpower and time costs.

3. The P1 tablet automatically collects asset data, realizes comprehensive visualization of assets and real-time update of asset information, facilitates the education group to monitor and track school assets, and greatly improves management efficiency.
